This Quirky Vegan

What THIS vegan eats

Fruit juice jelly

If you saw my chocolate panna cotta recipe you will know I have had some fun experimenting with VegeSet. So I decided to use it to make jelly from orange and apple juice.

As a general guide you use 1 heaped teaspoon of VegeSet per 1 pint of liquid. Using fruit juice will give you a naturally sweet tasting jelly.

I made the orange jelly first and set it in the fridge then made an apple one to add on top of the orange. Once the whole thing was cooled and set I topped with strawberries and added melon to the side of the glass. Lots of fruit but lots of fun too!
